Government Relations

In consultation with NPCM, a non-profit providing shelter, food, and housing search assistance for the homeless was able to evolve from operating a fixed site shelter to scattered shelter sites; this change in approach provided the agency with the opportunity to create a partnership with other non-profits that brought the agency over $1.9 million in service contracts with the state.
A struggling child welfare organization who was seeing a decrease in the utilization of their services by state agencies sought consultation from NPCM. 18 months later, this struggling organization has now become an affiliate of a larger organization, has retained their brand and has been able to grow – even in a poor economy.
An agency providing services to the developmentally disabled was at risk of having to either merge with a larger organization or dissolve. Within a year of NPCM working with agency management, not only has this organization stabilized, but they have actually grown by $.5 million dollars.
